Deal Origination & Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new M&A advisory opportunities in digital infrastructure, aligned with the firm's growth strategy.
  • Lead SPAC target origination and de-SPAC execution, screening companies against criteria and leading pitch presentations to win mandates.

Senior Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, C-suite executives, board members, and government officials.
  • Build long-term partnerships with institutional investors such as pension funds and private equity firms.

Leadership & Team Mentorship:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor deal teams to meet execution deliverables and performance objectives.
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of top talent to maintain a competitive practice.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum ten years of investment banking experience with a digital infrastructure focus and a proven track record in origination and client management.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, execute, and close sell-side M&A mandates and familiarity with SPAC/de-SPAC processes.
  • Strong deal management, technical delivery, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
