The Senior Manager, Proposal Content Development (RFP) is needed to lead a team of RFP Strategists in the end-to-end management of proposal submissions. This role oversees a high-volume pipeline of sales requests for proposals, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and high-quality submissions. The Senior Manager plays a key role in supervising project assignments, managing personnel, and fostering professional growth within the team. Responsibilities include Proposal Development Leadership, Project Intake & Assignment, Stakeholder & Relationship Management, Quality Control, and Process & Efficiency Improvement. The role requires leveraging Workfront, Adobe software, and proprietary AI tools. The position also includes managing a team of remote Proposal Managers, guiding messaging direction, and staying abreast of business challenges.
