About This Role:

  • Lead the AEO & SEO department end-to-end: team, methodology, P&L, and growth.
  • Make Omniscient the AEO agency of choice through delivery and market presence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach, and hold accountable Team Leads, Strategists, and Analysts.
  • Own department P&L, headcount, KPIs, and bring in business via network and POV.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years in SEO and organic growth with hands-on AEO work.
  • Commercially-minded, AI-native, and experienced leading multi-level teams.
