REMOTE Elementary Interventionist

Essential Functions:

• Modify and/or adapt the K12 curriculum in alignment with the state’s content standards to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to meet the goals of the targeted students through individualized and small group sessions.
• Educate parents on various instructional strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of the RTI instructional system to increase student achievement
• Oversee data collection and progress monitoring at every tier
• Use data to help teachers plan whole and small group instruction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree AND Active state teaching license
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions.
• Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in K12 systems, programs and curriculum.
