This mentor position will primarily be done remotely, delivering transformational learning experiences through online live, synchronous classes; mentors connect deeply with The Williamsburg Curriculum, have a passion for their subject, and manage a group of students while delivering dynamic instruction. A mentor teaches 4 live courses, which consist of about 30 hours per week and is accountable for optimizing student learning.
