Senior Quality & Commissioning Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee the quality and commissioning process, ensuring systems meet performance requirements from pre-construction to handover.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align activities with quality, safety, and performance standards.

Duties:

• Monitor testing and validation of critical systems like HVAC and electrical infrastructure, and conduct site inspections.
• Handle issue resolution, ensure compliance with industry standards, and prepare commissioning reports and training.
• Facilitate mentoring and knowledge transfer on quality procedures and provide technical leadership for system commissioning.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years of MEP Construction experience preferred.
• Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, business acumen, and proficiency with coordination software.
• Data Center experience is a plus, with around 50% travel expected and a commitment to team support and efficient work.
