Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Policy and Payer Marketing to develop engagement strategies with external partners such as health plans and CMS.
  • Own the development and execution of payer resources, reimbursement guides, and channel marketing materials.
  • Manage operations and ensure compliance of the Pricing Committee, reviewing gross-to-net implications.

Strategy & Analysis:

  • Incorporate health economics and competitive intelligence to create innovative pricing and contracting strategies.
  • Assess clinical and economic data gaps and collaborate with internal stakeholders like Medical and Legal teams.
  • Provide strategic support for pipeline products, generating key evidence and value propositions.

Travel and Collaboration:

  • Travel is required, up to 20%, including overnights and some weekends.
  • Work cross-functionally as a liaison with brand teams to ensure alignment on key priorities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all healthcare economic policy, adhering to company core values and ethics.
