You’ll work virtually—helping customers one-on-one over video, answering questions, and guiding them through their tax returns. Connect with TurboTax customers virtually using Smartlook video chat software. Provide tax advice and full-service tax return prep, answer product and software questions, assist with tax calculations and break things down in simple language.
