Media Production Manager

TimelyCare is looking for a Media Production Manager to oversee the creation of engaging video content, handling all aspects from concept to post-production. This role requires hands-on involvement in shooting, lighting, sound, and motion graphics, ensuring visual quality and consistency. The manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver top-tier content. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, stakeholder feedback, and staying informed about industry trends in media, higher education, and health communication. Also includes recruiting and managing contract talent including videographers, editors, animators, actors, and other production professionals.
