Responsibilities:
- Lead customer power architecture development , including power tree design, device selection, and system optimization
- Perform technical design reviews , root-cause analysis, and hands-on debug for complex analog and power-related issues
- Drive new product evaluations and competitive positioning for Renesas power and analog portfolio
Qualifications:
- BS Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in Analog and Power Electronics (customer-facing or design role)
- Establish strong relationships with sales, FAEs, and distribution , acting as the regional expert for power/analog
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in power conversion and management
- Strong understanding of analog signal chain
- Proven experience in system-level power architecture design, schematic and PCB layout review
