Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with revenue targets, establishing channel-level KPIs for signups, pipeline, and assisted conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create organic content, identify top-performing posts for paid amplification, and manage both brand and executive social presence efficiently.
  • Foster community engagement by responding to inquiries and DMs, turning interactions into qualified sales opportunities while maintaining the brand voice.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of social media management experience with a proven track record of connecting activities to revenue, pipeline, or signups.
  • Proficiency in major social platforms, planning tools like Buffer, and analytics platforms such as GA4, with skills in visual content creation using Canva or Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of business and entrepreneurship to engage US-based small business owners and international founders, creating tailored content for diverse audiences.

Work Style:

  • Self-starter motivated to prioritize effective platforms, discontinue underperforming strategies, and communicate the company's mission through innovative social media approaches.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to operate within PST timezone for meetings, moving quickly to learn and iterate for optimal results.
