Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials for Medical Communication initiatives.
  • Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables.

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment.
  • Prior experience supporting Medical Communications or payer-focused work preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong PowerPoint design expertise and working knowledge of Figma.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and collaborative mindset.
