THE ROLE:
- Own tax notice issues end-to-end across any federal, state, or local agency.
- Communicate directly with partners about what's happening with their notices or tax accounts.
- Be the direct point of contact with agencies via portal, email, or phone.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll tax, tax operations, compliance, or notice resolution.
- Genuine comfort on the phone with tax agencies and in writing to partners.
- Experience with federal (IRS/SSA), state, and local agencies.
