Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as the technical owner for client accounts, maintaining deep understanding of business models and tech stacks.
- Lead complex discovery sessions with stakeholders to define goals, pain points, and success metrics.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes and translate them into HubSpot architecture and workflows.
Technical Expertise and Delivery:
- Develop comprehensive Business Solution Designs including HubSpot configuration, integration architecture, and delivery roadmaps.
- Conduct technical research for complex requirements, such as feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts.
- Ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams with clear documentation and stay engaged through build and stabilization phases.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Requires deep expertise in HubSpot CRM architecture, implementation, and optimization across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Ops Hubs.
- Must have experience with workflow automation, data modeling, and integrations using tools like Zapier or Workato.
- Should be skilled in agile project delivery and managing multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining quality.
