Responsibilities:
- Design building shells, balancing efficiency with thermal and waterproofing details.
- Create site plans that optimize logistics, security, and future expansion.
- Maintain architectural Revit models and ensure coordination with other models.
Requirements:
- Must have Registered Architect (RA) license and 7+ years of architectural experience.
- Expert-level mastery of Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling and documentation.
- Deep working knowledge of IBC and strong understanding of NFPA 101.
Bonus Points:
- NCARB certification and experience with modular construction.
- Background in mission-critical or data center facilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with high-performance building envelopes and thermal optimization.
