Job Description

This role blends strategy and execution, providing the opportunity to truly own initiatives, from ideation through implementation. You’ll have a meaningful impact on how we interact with our customers, driving deeper connections and lasting loyalty. Responsibilities include designing and evolving Backcountry’s cross-channel lifecycle strategy, leading the implementation and optimization of our loyalty program, and monitoring platform and campaign health. Requires 4+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, or email marketing, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC environment.
