Job Description

Brand Leadership:

  • Lead the development of the brand identity.
  • Define creative direction and storytelling.
  • Uplevel brand book and translate creative briefs into an engaging brand story.

Creative Execution:

  • Translate brand strategy into breakthrough creative for campaigns, ads, website experiences, and product launches.
  • Concept, design, and guide the team to produce creative assets, including video, motion, photography, UX flows, landing pages, and social content.
  • Oversee creative production from concept through post-production and delivery.

Team Management & Innovation:

  • Build and scale a high-performing internal creative function, managing external partners as needed.
  • Use AI creative tools to accelerate output and elevate creative quality.
  • Continuously test and optimize creative for performance in paid DTC channels.
