Job Description
Brand Leadership:
- Lead the development of the brand identity.
- Define creative direction and storytelling.
- Uplevel brand book and translate creative briefs into an engaging brand story.
Creative Execution:
- Translate brand strategy into breakthrough creative for campaigns, ads, website experiences, and product launches.
- Concept, design, and guide the team to produce creative assets, including video, motion, photography, UX flows, landing pages, and social content.
- Oversee creative production from concept through post-production and delivery.
Team Management & Innovation:
- Build and scale a high-performing internal creative function, managing external partners as needed.
- Use AI creative tools to accelerate output and elevate creative quality.
- Continuously test and optimize creative for performance in paid DTC channels.
