Data Analyst

Join Tangelo, where you'll be a Data Analyst in the Operations Department. In this role, you'll empower our teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions, bridging the gap for non-technical colleagues, helping them gain deeper insights into our members. You will own our metrics, reporting, and data visualization tools. You will work with key stakeholders to understand the business and design reports and dashboards that allow our data to tell a story. It is expected that you will quickly turn business questions into data visualizations that can be scalable throughout the organization. Attention to detail and an ability to question the data and improve data integrity are expected. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely across teams, time zones, and dependencies. Demonstrate sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others and make excellent business and technical decisions.
