Learning and Development Lead (Contract, Remote)

As our Senior Learning and Development Lead , you’ll be the operational heartbeat, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to everything we do. You’ll coordinate the end-to-end execution of our e-learning initiatives, working closely with your colleagues in the department, as well as subject matter experts and stakeholders. From managing project timelines and approval workflows to streamlining communication and keeping our team aligned, you’ll ensure that our projects move forward smoothly and successfully. Key Responsibilities include planning learning design projects with instructional designers, translating project plans into clear task lists, and serving as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders. You'll also organize and track project approvals, support people management functions, and contribute to communication efforts and process improvements.
