Job Description
Lead the launch and operation of the internal trading desk, managing $20M+ in stablecoin liquidity and driving yields through optimized strategies. Responsibilities include designing desk architecture, executing strategies, managing capital, overseeing risk & P&L, integrating with engineering, leading a team, and delivering performance updates. The role requires 2+ years on a prop- or institutional trading desk with a proven track record, deep DeFi/AMM knowledge, and experience managing multi-million-dollar pools.
