The Opportunity:
- Birdy Grey is looking for a Director, Brand Marketing and Social to own the top of the funnel: everything that makes a bride discover, trust, and choose Birdy Grey.
- This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and growth, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Set the brand's point of view and translate it into a seasonal campaign calendar that moves a bride from discovery to trust.
- Build and own a pipeline of brand collaborations and co-branded programs that extend reach.
- Own the strategy and team behind organic social and the creator program as acquisition channels.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in brand or integrated marketing, ideally inside a DTC or consumer brand.
- Proven campaign authorship and hands-on track record in brand collaborations.
- Strong creative instincts and experience running organic social as a growth channel.
