Business Data Analyst

Data Analysis and Reporting:

-Analyzing mortgage data, including conventional, FHA, VA, and reverse mortgage products (HECM).

-Understanding loan performance metrics, servicing data, and regulatory reporting requirements.

-Designing and executing SQL queries against SQL Server databases for business reports.

Technical Skills:

-Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server, with the ability to write efficient and complex queries.

-Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

-Familiarity with data warehousing or ETL processes.

Business Acumen:

-Collaborating with executives and department leaders to gather data needs and deliver actionable business insights.

-Providing clear and concise data visualizations and executive summaries to non-technical stakeholders.

-Supporting ad hoc data requests and recurring business analysis initiatives across the enterprise.
