Content Factory Lead F/M/X

As the Content Factory Lead, you will be in charge of the Content Factory team in the ecommerce department. This newly created team sits in the central Content Strategy team and acts as a service provider for internal teams (brands and regional teams), hotels and external partners, providing content management services. Managing 3 Content Managers and growing the team will be your key priority to elevate it as a center of excellence for content, ensuring ultimate content quality and availability on Accor content ecosystem. The good knowledge of content best practices, monitoring of industry standards and trends will drive your decisions and give you privilege position to deliver valuable recommendations to all Accor stakeholders. Team upskilling, workload and performance monitoring, workflow optimization, automation will be your daily tools to optimize time to market, provide high-end service quality and maximize user satisfaction.
