Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

We are actively looking to hire talented therapists in Washington State, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists will be a critical part of our clinical team, providing therapy to adult, child, and adolescent populations. Therapist must reside in Washington state for fully remote work. We offer: Competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential with a comp range of $90,000-$115,000. W2 employed position, sign-on bonus, and cash based incentive program. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, 401K with 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave and malpractice insurance.
