Senior Product Analyst

About the Role:

• At Camunda, we've moved our entire product organisation to an AI-native model — teams ship fast and autonomously.
• As our Senior Product Analyst, you'll own the quantitative signal layer that keeps the whole pillar honest.
• You'll shape the data platform into an AI-native one, not inherit a finished system.

What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain measurement infrastructure for outcome metrics like time to first production and enterprise adoption.
• Design and build the AI-native self-serve data layer that lets product builders answer their own questions.
• Set up measurement before teams ship and own data pipelines end to end.

What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years in product, data, or growth analytics in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience building measurement infrastructure from low maturity.
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills to own pipelines yourself.
