Research Director, Semiconductor

Role Overview:

• Manage and lead the China Semiconductor research practice, overseeing coverage of Semiconductor Landscape, Manufacturing, and Components.
• Conduct primary research through surveys and interviews to produce market intelligence and strategic consulting.
• Drive team management, performance, and career development for 3 analysts.

Commercial & Client Engagement:

• Serve as lead analyst for key accounts, driving revenue through client relationships and consulting projects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and business growth.
• Build thought leadership via industry events, publications, and conference speaking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Over 6 years of experience in China semiconductor industry with deep understanding of trends and supply chains.
• Advanced analytical and research methodology skills, with proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and networking abilities to influence and build industry relationships.
