Job Description
Lead OLIPOP's social media channels, build content calendars aligned with brand priorities, collaborate with copywriters and creative teams, and develop platform-native content ideas inspired by trends, cultural moments, seasonality, product launches, and retail initiatives. Stay ahead of trends and platform updates. Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms to optimize content strategy and inform testing. Own the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, building spreadsheets and decks to communicate learnings, trends, and opportunities to the social team, cross-functional partners, and leadership. Coordinate with the Community Manager on engagement, CX escalations, and timing. Own platform-level channel health, testing new features and content formats.
