Field Clinical Research Associate

As a Field Clinical Research Associate, you will monitor site data of one or more clinical trials ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice. You’ll perform on-site monitoring visits, such as evaluation visits, SIV, IMV, and COVs along with timely and comprehensive site visit reports. The primary functions include: Facilitating resolution of problems, queries and action items including identification of cause and actions to prevent recurrence.

Additional responsibilities: Support and train other CRAs, as needed, and support the in-house team as needed. This role requires domestic travel approximately 75% of the time. A successful candidate will be detail oriented, makes risk-based decisions, takes initiative, and keeps an eye on the big picture while focusing on the details.
