About the Role:
- You will ensure the quality of every release, with the power to decide what is ready for launch.
- You will act as a Hybrid QA Lead, combining manual testing and automation processes.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a development team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Drive the testing lifecycle from requirements to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Create automated test cases and frameworks, and improve the CI pipeline.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 8 years in software testing, with 4+ years in a relevant role and 2+ years in leadership.
- Solid understanding of various testing types and experience with web, mobile, and API testing.
- Strong experience with Python, automation testing, and tools like Selenium, Appium, and Jenkins.
