Lead Product Designer

DESIGN LEADERSHIP:

• Lead user experience from conception to launch, developing and advocating the design vision.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of product designers across iOS, Android, and web.
• Champion product design throughout the organization, educating stakeholders.

HANDS-ON DESIGN:

• Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the JustPlay app.
• Develop features that elevate the entire player journey, with emphasis on game discovery and loyalty gamification.
• Build and evolve JustPlay's design guidelines and design system.

COLLABORATION & STRATEGY:

• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
• Apply platform best practices to ensure design quality and seamless interactions across devices.
• Transform research insights and analytics into actionable design concepts.
