About the Role:
- As a Growth BA, you will own the analytical operation of paid media channels and drive expansion into new fronts.
- You will work closely with the existing team, sharing responsibility and autonomy from day one.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in User Acquisition and Paid Media with a track record of scaling budgets efficiently.
- Strong quantitative skills, fluency in metrics like CAC, ROAS, CPM, and hands-on ability with SQL or BI tools.
- Practical AI fluency and genuine interest in building automations and agents.
