Associate Director, Solutions

Data Science and Analytics (DSA) is an ambitious team of Data Scientists with a unique blend of Business, Scientific, and Machine Learning expertise that seeks to unleash the full potential of AbbVie’s data assets. The Associate Director is responsible for strategy, talent management and operations delivery, leading Data Science, Analytics & AI development for optimizing site engagement interactions and processes. He/She will partner closely with Clinical Site Management and Field Excellence leadership, identify new capabilities and opportunities, and foster a culture of experimentation to enable data-driven insights for complex business problems.
