Lead Product Scientist

We’re hiring a Lead Product Scientist to help build our Product Analytics capabilities at Paddle. This role sits at the intersection of Product and Data — quantifying the impact of our product features through historical studies, setting up our experimentation culture, and enabling a cadence of reviewing feature performance. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering teams to define how we measure success, build our experimentation playbook, and turn complex data into simple, actionable insights. You’ll combine analytical rigour with product intuition — designing experiments, uncovering behavioural drivers, and guiding our teams to build products that deliver measurable impact for our sellers. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll both drive analysis and experimentation and manage one Product Scientist, helping to establish the foundations of product science at Paddle.
