Senior Product Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Own the dashboards that product and customer teams work from, across most of our products.
• Turn complaints and open questions into defined metrics, and track them over time.
• Catch product issues in the data before they become escalations.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in data or product analytics with strong SQL and Python.
• A product mindset, starting from customer experience.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.

Nice-to-haves:

• Startup experience.
• Experience building dashboards with Metabase or Looker.
• Healthcare experience with eligibility, patient billing, or revenue cycle.
