Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute observational research studies, including matched cohort analyses and quasi-experimental approaches, to evaluate clinical program impacts on utilization, cost, and quality outcomes.
  • Define cohorts, criteria, and outcome measures; extract, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets using SQL and Python.
  • Translate statistical findings into clear reports and visualizations for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in healthcare analytics, outcomes research, or applied statistics, with experience in claims, EHR, or CMS data.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field preferred.
