Sr. Data Scientist - AI Research

About the Role:

• This role involves working with Data, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams on AI/ML initiatives to enhance mental health care experiences.
• You will become an expert in diverse data sources and build pipelines that apply clinical logic.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Lyra platform and serve provider and client needs.
• Extract actionable insights, develop predictive and generative models, and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks.
• Complete time-sensitive ad hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of data analysis experience with product analytics in AI/ML and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
• Graduate-level statistics coursework in a quantitative field preferred.
