Accountabilities:

  • Own the automation of client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and build AI-enabled systems.
  • Lead the client-facing data function for RFPs and develop standardized SLA frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate business questions into data solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline and 12+ years of experience in data science.
  • Expert-level SQL and Python, strong dbt experience, and familiarity with AI tools.
  • Experience in healthcare analytics and client-facing reporting.
