About the Role:
- You will own the client-facing data foundation, including QBR automation, recurring reporting, and RFP data support.
- You will build and enforce a system of client SLAs and maintain consistent external metrics.
You will:
- Automate QBRs and weekly/monthly client reports using AI and data engineering partnerships.
- Provide analytical support for RFPs and serve as the data consultant for external narratives.
You are:
- A confident external communicator comfortable presenting to clients and partners.
- A systems thinker who automates repetitive tasks and scales through leverage.
You have:
- 12+ years of experience in data science or BI with client-facing reporting.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and AI-native tooling like Claude and Hex.
