Own the analytical strategy:
- Drive the end-to-end member funnel from marketable lives to retention, including call center and lifecycle platform performance.
- Partner with senior leaders as the analytical voice for the member journey.
- Own and evolve attribution models like multi-touch and media mix modeling.
Lead experimentation and causal inference:
- Design and oversee Foodsmart's experimentation program across marketing, product, and retention.
- Defend methodology choices and teach causal thinking to business partners.
- Own StatSig implementation and interpret test results rigorously.
Build and scale the team:
- Lead a small team of data scientists, setting technical direction and coaching toward AI-leveraged output.
- Stay predominantly hands-on with models, while increasing team leverage through AI tooling.
- Engineer context into semantic layers and BI environments for reliable self-service.
