Director of Product & Marketing Analytics

About the Role:

• As Director of Product & Marketing Analytics, you will define how Hims & Hers measures and acts on performance.
• You will lead a team of analysts embedded across product and marketing functions.

You Will:

• Serve as analytics thought partner, owning retention analytics and leading marketing measurement transition.
• Design experimental and observational analyses to identify causal drivers of retention and churn.
• Lead and develop a team, collaborating with Data Platform Engineering.

You Have:

• 12+ years in analytics, with deep expertise in experimental design and subscription analytics.
• Expert SQL and experience with large-scale data warehouses.
