About the Role:

  • Own the analytical narrative for your area and deliver insights that change roadmaps and resource allocation.
  • Act as a strategic partner embedded with DTC, web product, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Shape the AI-native organization by building tools and workflows that automate analysis.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the strategic thought partner for cross-functional teams, architecting web analytics roadmaps.
  • Tell stories that move teams to act, diagnosing full-funnel user experiences from traffic to checkout.
  • Establish causality with A/B testing and causal inference, scaling the experimentation program.

You'll Report to:

  • The Director, Marketing Analytics and work alongside marketers, product managers, data engineers, and ML engineers.
  • Use AI tooling daily to multiply your impact and help define the AI-native analytics stack.
  • Build explanations on measurement, understanding users as people with motivations and context.
