About the Position:
- You will serve as the statistical backbone of the Data Science team, owning experimentation and causal inference frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights and harden metrics.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own experimentation end-to-end, including A/B tests and statistical significance.
- Drive causal inference work to understand product and customer outcomes.
- Serve as the analytics escalation point for deep statistical rigor.
Qualifications:
- Strong SQL and Python skills with a deep statistics background.
- Extensive experience designing experimentation frameworks at scale.
- Excellent communication to translate findings for non-technical stakeholders.
