Senior Data Analyst

Product & Growth Analytics:

• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities, define key metrics, and monitor performance across acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Translate complex business and product questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

Experimentation & Testing:

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to evaluate product changes and growth initiatives.
• Apply statistical techniques, predictive models, and other analytical methods to solve business challenges.

Dashboarding & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards and visualization tools to improve visibility of KPIs across teams.
• Act as a strategic partner between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication of insights.
