Lead Deployment Engineer - Public Sector - Federal

The Role:

• You are the backbone of Celonis delivery, leading hands-on implementation with AI-augmented workflows.
• You direct AI agents to build data models, generate analyses, and configure operational solutions, while applying your own judgment to validate outputs.
• You generate value by understanding customer needs, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring measurable impact.

The Work You’ll Do:

• Initiate and Connect: Conduct business discovery workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and success criteria.
• Build & Value: Direct AI agents to build data models, process analyses, and KPIs, while validating outputs against business context.
• Rollout, Adoption, and Handover: Enable key users to extend solutions independently and manage project outcomes against timelines.
