Position Overview:
- The Senior Data Analyst will be a key member of the Patient Solutions Data Science team, analyzing complex data from medication management and secure communications platforms.
- This role works closely with the reporting lead to maintain and grow AWS QuickSight dashboards, and handles ad-hoc analytical requests from internal stakeholders.
What you will work on:
- Build and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards tracking product health, KPIs, and growth.
- Scope and deliver ad-hoc reports and analyses for product, commercial, and finance teams.
- Apply AI across the reporting function, including automated narrative summaries and natural-language query tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of SQL experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with AWS analytics services like Redshift, Athena, and QuickSight.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
