Role Overview:
- Transform complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights.
- Support operational and clinical decision-making across the organization.
- Build a strong foundation in data flow and its use in driving decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with analysts to evaluate data needs and define analytical approaches.
- Work with relational databases to query, wrangle, and analyze complex datasets.
- Support development of descriptive, classification, and predictive algorithms.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant experience with SQL and Python.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, primarily remote environment.
