Senior Software Engineer, Data

As a Senior Software Engineer, Data, you will report to the team’s Engineering Manager, and your work will involve evolving BenchSci’s Knowledge Graph, integrating public life science data into our biological ontology, iterating on data models in various datastores like GraphDB, improving internal tooling for data self-service, and operationalizing production-grade data pipelines. You will scale data pipelines, manage sources that contain semi-structured and unstructured biological data, collaborate with ML and Data engineers to solve complex data mining and extraction challenges, seek leadership opportunities, design testable, scalable solutions, and contribute to team processes.
