Community Experience Manager

We’re looking for a Community Experience Manager to join our Marketing team and help us build, engage, and grow one of the most active cybersecurity communities in the world. You’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, connecting with thousands of users, amplifying their voices, and turning their feedback into real impact. From moderating our 6,000+ member Slack community to launching ambassador programs and co-creating content, you’ll make sure every user feels supported, empowered, and part of something bigger. You’ll moderate the Slack community, respond to questions, design programs like the Filigran Ambassador Program, organize recurring community events, co-create content, collect insights, collaborate with Product & Engineering, and champion the voice of the community.
