Job Description
The Lead Producer will be responsible for the following:
- Pitching guest ideas for the podcast.
- Researching episode topics to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Conducting in-depth research to prepare sharply written interview prep.
Audio Production:
- Editing audio using Descript and ProTools.
- Ensuring high-quality audio production for each episode.
- Posting episodes on Megaphone.
Collaboration & Fact-Checking:
- Partnering with show hosts to create engaging content.
- Working with fact-checkers to ensure accuracy and validity of information.
- Writing compelling episode descriptions.
