Data Engineer (Fully Remote)

The Role:

• Build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines across Dagster, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Provide coverage on critical paths like daily Postgres to Snowflake to dbt flow.
• Ship through reviewed pull requests rather than one-off scripts.

The Person We Are Looking For:

• Thinks natively in dimensions, facts, and slowly changing dimensions.
• Writes clear, reviewable PRs and gives thoughtful reviews.
• Comfortable in complex Python data flows with AWS literacy.

Here's What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Opening and merging pull requests for Dagster jobs, dbt models, and tests.
• Building and debugging Python pipelines for REST/API syncs and large Postgres extracts.
• Watching production runs and investigating failures.
